Hello, I’m Amanda and I believe in change.
I know people say they ‘hate’ change. Sometimes, I have to agree with them.
But, even during the darkest times, I try to find hope in the inevitability of change. I reassure myself that things won’t be so bad forever. And, change can serve as a reminder to slow down and appreciate the good moments.
Whether you’re suffering with oppressive anxiety, the distance of a resentment-filled relationship, or just feeling like you can’t handle one more thing…
I can help you get started on the path to a happier, healthier life.
